Description
From Hill Country Fare, this bag of enriched long grain parboiled rice is a handy addition to your pantry. Parboiled rice, which is sometimes referred to as converted rice, is partially boiled within its husk, which gives it a slight yellowish tinge and a subtle nutty taste. It cooks quicker than brown rice but longer than white. Give it a try in your favorite rice-based recipes, from a savory stir fry to a sweet rice pudding.
