    Allergens and safety warnings

Keep frozen. Do not thaw. For food safety, product must be cooked thoroughly before eating. Frozen food may develop ice crystals causing hot oil to splatter. Please add fries carefully.
  • Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread desired quantity of frozen potatoes evenly across an 11" x 17" baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Bake according to times below, turning potatoes over halfway through the baking time.

    Full bag: 20 - 25 minutes
    Half bag: 18 - 22 minutes

Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 360°F. Cook half bag for 14 – 16 minutes. Slide out basket and shake halfway through cooking time.

Deep fryer: Preheat cooking oil in deep fryer to 345°F - 350°F. Deep fryer should be no more than half full of oil. Fill fryer basket no more than halfway with frozen potatoes. Use caution lowering basket into hot oil. Fry 3 – 6 minutes. Drain fries on paper towel and serve hot.

Fries must reach a minimum of 165°F (74°C) internal temperature as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed.
