DO NOT CONSUME/EAT RAW BROWNIE BATTER. Contains: WHEAT- YOU WILL NEED: 1/2 CUP VEGETABLE OIL | 2 EGGS | 1/4 CUP WATER 1. PREHEAT oven as directed below (metal or glass pan). Grease (or use cooking spray) bottom of pan. 2. MIX: Empty mix into bowl. Add 1/2 cup VEGETABLE OIL, 1/4 cup WATER, and 2 EGGS. Mix with a spoon until all particles are moistened. 3. BAKE as directed below*. Cool before cutting. Store tightly covered. Baking Pan Size Bake Time* Oven Temp 13x9x2-inch 22-26 minutes 350'F 9x9-inch 38-40 minutes 350'F 8x8-inch 52-54 minutes 325'F *Due to variations in equipment, cooking time and/or temperature may require adjustment. RECIPE SUGGESTION: PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIES FILLING: 1/2 cup butter, softened 1/2 cup peanut butter 2 cups powdered sugar 1 1/2 tablespoons milk TOPPING: 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/4 cup butter *Preheat oven to 350'F. Grease bottom only of 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Prepare brownies according to package directions. Cool completely. *In medium bowl, beat together the filling ingredients until smooth. Spread mixture evenly over cooled brownies. *In small microwavable bowl, microwave topping ingredients uncovered on high for 30-60 seconds; stir until smooth. Cool 10 minutes; spread over filling. *Refrigerate brownies about 30 minutes or until set. For easier cutting, cut with plastic knife. Store covered in the refrigerator.
