Description

Sustainably sourced and wild caught, these Gulf white shrimp from H-E-B are colossal-sized. Equaling about 10 - 15 shrimp per pound, they're raw and shell-on. Not sure whether or not to peel them before cooking? There are pros either way. The shell adds extra flavor and helps protect against overcooking. But if you do peel them, save the shells for making a robust-tasting shrimp stock (perfect for lots of seafood dishes!).

• Raw colossal Gulf white shrimp (about 10 - 15 per lb)
• Wild caught and sustainably sourced
• Shell-on
• Previously frozen
• From our H-E-B Fish Market
