For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting Boards), utensils and hands after touching raw poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- Stovetop:
Place turkey bacon in a single layer in a preheated skillet. Cook 3 - 4 minutes over medium heat to desired crispness. Optional: add 1/2 tablespoon of oil during cooking to improve crispness.
Bake:
Preheat oven to 400°F and place separated bacon strips on a rack in a shallow pan. Bake about 15 minutes.
Microwave:
Place bacon strips in a shallow glass container or on a paper plate. Cover with a paper towel and cook on high power. For 2 strips, cook 1.5 minutes. For 4 strips, cook 2.5 minutes.
