  • Heating Instructions: Heat skillet over medium heat. Add frozen sirloin patties to the skillet. After 20-30 seconds, turn patties a couple of times until they begin to separate into thin slices. Increase heat to high and stir-fry until they begin to brown - about 2-1/2 minutes or until thoroughly browned. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain on paper towels and use as desired.
