  • 1. In a large skillet, combine 2½ cups water and 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Bring to a boil. 2. Add seasoning and rice. Bring to a boil. 3. Cover; reduce heat to low. Simmer for 25 minutes or until rice is tender.
