Keep Refrigerated or Frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- Stovetop: Dust meat with seasoned flour. Heat 2 Tbsp oil in a large pot over Medium heat. Brown on all sides. Wipe or drain oil from the pot. Add 1/2 cup beef broth or 1 can of diced tomatoes to the pot. Season & replace the cover. Simmer over low heat for 2 - 3 hours until tender. Do not boil or meat will toughen. Add vegetables during the last hour.
