    Allergens and safety warnings

    Contains: SOY, WHEAT. Keep frozen. Do not thaw before cooking. CAUTION: Product will be hot. Due to variations in equipment, heating time and/or temperature may require adjustment. Do not cook in a toaster oven or broiler rack of oven. Discard or refrigerate any unused portions.
  • Microwave: Remove dish from cardboard box. Cut slits in film cover. Microwave on high power for 3-½ minutes. Carefully peel back film and stir red potatoes and vegetables. Replace film and heat on high for an additional 2 – 3-½ minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let stand for 2 minutes.

    Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove dish from cardboard box. Set dish on a baking sheet and cut slits in film cover. Bake on center oven rack for 15 minutes, carefully remove plastic film and stir potatoes and vegetables. Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Carefully remove from the oven, remove film, and let stand for 2 minutes.
