Keep Refrigerated or Frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
  • Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove plastic wrap from oven-safe tray. Place directly on center rack in oven. Let steak stand for 2 minutes before serving.

    Cooking Times:
    For Medium Rare: Cook 17 - 19 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F.

    For Medium: Cook 20 - 22 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 155°F.
