Keep Refrigerated.- 1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. 2. Season the entire surface of the roast. Place on a rack in roasting pan. 3. Roast, uncovered, in center of oven 20 to 35 minutes depending on size. Remove when a meat thermometer inserted in center, reads 150 degrees for Medium (light pink blush in the center). 4. Let stand 10 min. before carving. Option: Grill. Cooking: Cook Farmland Fresh Pork to an internal end temperature of 150 degrees F when measured in the thickest part of the meat. Let stand 15 minutes.
