    Egg Whites 99%, Less than 1%: Water, Color (Includes Beta Carotene), Xanthan Gum, Salt, Guar Gum, Artificial Flavor Vitamins and Minerals: Calcium Sulfate, Iron (Ferric Orthophosphate), Vitamin E (Acetate), Calcium Pantothenate, Zinc Oxide, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Mononitrate), Folic Acid, Biotin, Vitamin D3, and Vitamin B12.

  • Shake well. Must be kept refrigerated to maintain safety. Refrigerate any unused portion and use within 7 days of opening. Do not freeze. Stove Top: 1. Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray. 2. Shake & pour desired amount into skillet. 3. Cook without stirring until edges and bottom begin to set. 4. Lift cooked part and gently turn to scramble. 5. Continue cooking until set. Microwave: 1. Spray a small microwave-safe bowl with non-stick cooking spray. 2. Shake & pour 1/2 cup into bowl. 3. Cover and cook on High for 45 seconds. Stir gently. Cook 20 to 30 seconds more, or until set but slightly moist. 1/4 cup = 1 egg. 1 cup = 4 eggs. 1 pint = 8 eggs.
