    Keep frozen.
  • Stovetop:
    For 2 cooked cups: Use 1 cup water and cook for 3 – 4 minutes. For 4 cooked cups: Use 2 cups water and cook for 6 – 7 minutes. Place frozen vegetables in in boiling water and return to boil. Cook uncovered on high heat for appropriate time or to desired tenderness. Drain and season to taste. Do not overcook.

    Microwave:
    For 2 cooked cups: Use 2 Tbsp water and cook for 4 – 5 minutes. For 4 cooked cups: Use ¼ cup water and cook for 6 – 7 minutes. Place frozen vegetables and water in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Cook for appropriate time or to desired tenderness, stirring halfway through cooking time. Drain and season to taste. Do not overcook. Microwaves do vary. Adjust cooking times as necessary.
