  • Stovetop Directions 1. Empty 1 envelope soup mix into medium saucepan. 2. Stir in 4 cups (32 oz) water and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. 3. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: 1. Combine 1 envelope soup mix and 4 cups water in a 2 qt. casserole. 2. Uncover and heat on high power until boiling (about 8 minutes), stirring occasionally. 3. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving. Meat Loaf 1 envelope HEB Onion Recipe Soup & Dip Mix 2 lbs Lean Ground Beef 1 ½ cups soft bread crumbs (about 2 ½ slices bread) 2 Eggs ¾ cup water 1/3 cup Tomato Sauce 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce 1. Preheat Oven to 350°F. 2. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix well. 3. Shape into a loaf pan in a large baking pan. 4. Bake for 1 hour or until done in center.
