Our H-E-B Norwegian crispbreads are made in Norway and inspired by the traditional baking breads believed to have been a staple of the Vikings in Scandinavia. The original recipes for these breads date back to about 500 years ago. Nowadays, they are made with a variety of ingredients and flavors! They're a little salty, a little seedy and pack a major crunch. This version is baked using sunflower, sesame and flax seeds, oat, spelt and wheat bran, oatmeal, sea salt, oregano, thyme and a few other additions. Try them alone or with your favorite avocado spread.
