Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard them.- Stovetop: Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray and preheat pan for 1 - 2 minutes over medium heat. Place a single layer of chicken breasts in the skillet. Cook 2 - 3 minutes per side, depending on thickness or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove chicken from pan and serve.
Oven: Heat oven to 350°F. Place a single layer of chicken breasts in a foil-lined baking pan. Bake uncovered 12 - 15 minutes, depending on thickness, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove and serve.
Grill: Heat charcoal 40 minutes until ash covered or gas grill 10 minutes with lid closed. Grill 4" above medium-low heat (325°F is ideal). Cook 2 - 3 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove chicken from grill and serve.
