Safe Handling: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these Safe Handling Instructions.
Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- Smoker: Preheat smoker or Pellet grill to 225°F. Place dino ribs on smoker and cook for 6 – 8 hours. Note: It's important to maintain a consistent temperature in smoker throughout the cooking process. Remove dino ribs when they're fork-tender (195°F –205°F). Let dino ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving. Other Option: Sear dino ribs and braise at 300°F for 1-½ – 2 hours.
