Beef.- Marinate meat for a minimum of 20 minutes or season with herbs and spices. Heat a wok or large, heavy skillet over High heat for 3 minutes. Add 1 Tbsp oil to wok and tip the pan to coat. Cook 1/2 to 3/4 pounds at a time for 1 - 2 minutes, turning continuously until meat is no longer pink Do not overcook. Remove meat and cook vegetables, then combine and heat through.
