Keep Refrigerated.- Grill: Heat charcoal 40 minutes until ash covered or gas grill 10 minutes with lid closed. Season or marinate as desired. Grill 4" above Medium-Low heat. Hold palm just above grate. If heat causes you to pull away in 5 seconds, heat is ideal (325°).
