Contains: COCONUT, MILK. Keep frozen.- Microwave: Place frozen unopened bag with the correct side facing up lying flat in microwave. Do not open or pierce the bag before cooking. Microwave on high (950W) for 6 - 7 minutes. The bag will inflate and vent steam while cooking. Carefully remove the bag from the microwave and let stand for 1 minute before serving.
Stovetop: Pour entire bag into a pan. Cook for 6 - 7 minutes, while stirring, on medium heat until thoroughly cooked.
Note: Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165°F. Individual appliances vary.
