  • Pan Fry: Add approximately 1 tsp vegetable oil into a nonstick pan and coat evenly. Place potstickers in a single layer, seam-side up, and add ¼ cup water. Cover and cook over medium heat for 8 minutes. Remove lid and continue heating for 2 - 5 minutes until water has evaporated and bottoms of potstickers are lightly browned. Remove from pan and enjoy.

Boil: Put about 5 cups of water into a pot and bring to a boil. Add 5 - 10 potstickers into the pot. Cook for about 2 - 3 minutes or until the potstickers float to the surface. Drain excess water and enjoy.

Microwave: Place 7 - 10 potstickers into a microwavable dish. Add approximately 1 tsp water and cover with a wet paper towel. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Remove dish with caution as contents may be very HOT. (Time and cooking power may vary depending on the microwave oven.) Allow to cool for 2 - 3 minutes before eating and enjoy.
