Contains: WHEAT, MILK. Keep frozen. Do not thaw before cooking. Cook thoroughly. Discard or refrigerate any unused portions.- Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove dish from cardboard box. Cut 3 slits in plastic film. Bake on a baking sheet in center of oven for 35 minutes. Carefully remove plastic film and stir. Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven and let stand for 2 minutes.
Microwave: Remove dish from cardboard box. Cut 3 slits in plastic film. Microwave on high for 8 minutes. Carefully peel back film and stir. Replace film and heat on high power an additional 6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let stand for 2 minutes.
