    Ingredients

    Cooked White Quinoa (White Quinoa, Water, Salt), Zucchini, Cooked Red Quinoa (Red Quinoa, Water, Salt), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sunflower Seeds, Red Onions, Pumpkin Seeds, Shallots, Poppy Seeds, Chives, Parsley, Salt, Pepper Extract.

    Allergens and safety warnings

    Keep frozen. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
  • Microwave:
    Place bag on a plate in the microwave with the back panel facing up. Do not pierce the bag. Cook on HIGH (900W) for 4 minutes. Carefully remove the bag and let stand for 1 minute before serving.

    Stovetop:
    Preheat a pan on high for 1 minute. Open the bag, add contents and stir. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook, stirring often, for 7 - 9 minutes. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165°F. Individual appliances vary.
