Keep frozen at 0°F or below. Contains: WHEAT.- Microwave (recommended method):
Place bag with the back panel facing up in the microwave. Do not open, cut or pierce the bag. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes. Carefully remove bag from microwave and let stand for 1 minute before opening and serving. Microwaves do vary; cooking time may need adjustment.
Stovetop:
Heat a large heavy nonstick skillet for 2 minutes on medium heat. Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray and add contents of bag. Cook for 6 minutes, stirring often. Serve and enjoy.
