Brussels Sprouts.Allergens and safety warnings
Keep frozen.- Stovetop:
Bring 2 cups water to a boil over high heat. Add frozen Brussels sprouts and return to a boil. Cook uncovered on high heat for 3 - 4 minutes or to desired tenderness. Drain and season to taste. Do not overcook.
Microwave:
To cook half package: Place Brussels sprouts and 2 Tbsp water in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Cook on high power for 3 - 4 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time. Drain and season to taste. To cook whole package, use 1/4 cup water and cook for 5 - 6 minutes. Microwaves do vary. Adjust cooking times as necessary. For safety and quality, cook Brussels sprouts to 165°F prior to consumption.
