  • Stovetop:
    Place frozen broccoli in boiling water and return to a boil. Cook uncovered on high heat for appropriate time or to desired tenderness. Drain and season to taste. Do not overcook.

    For 2 cooked cups: Use 1 cup water and cook for 3 - 4 minutes
    For 4 cooked cups: Use 2 cups water and cook for 5 - 6 minutes

    Microwave:
