Ingredients
Asparagus Spears.Allergens and safety warnings
Keep frozen at 0°F or below.- Stovetop:
Place frozen asparagus spears in 1/4 cup of boiling water. Bring to a second boil and reduce heat. Cover and simmer until tender, about 8 - 10 minutes. Season to taste and serve.
Steamer:
Cover bottom of steamer with water. Bring to boil. Place frozen asparagus spears in top of steamer. Cover and steam for 5 - 7 minutes, stirring after the first 4 - 5 minutes. Season to taste and serve.
Microwave:
Place frozen asparagus spears in a covered microwavable dish. Add 2 Tbsp water. Microwave on HIGH for 7 - 9 minutes, stirring after the first 3 - 4 minutes. Season to taste and serve. Microwaves do vary; adjust cooking time if needed.
