Description

What makes our H-E-B premium pineapples so flavorful? It's the fact they're fully ripened on the plant to achieve a distinctive golden-colored shell and intensely sweet and juicy taste. To prep this tropical fruit, cut off the leafy crown and make a thin slice at the bottom. Then use the knife to "peel" off the rind. Cut around the inner core to reveal blocky sections for chunks, wedges, rings or spears.
