Description

Varying in shape from long and slender to somewhat round, mangos taste sweet and slightly tart, with hints of peach, coconut and vanilla. Their smooth, leathery skin is a color burst of red, yellow and green. Cut around the flat center pit and dice up for homemade ceviche or salsa, or blend up some chunks for a tropical smoothie.
