    Safe Handling: Perishable. Keep refrigerated.
  • Grill: Heat charcoal for 25 minutes or gas grill for 10 minutes. Clean and oil grate well. Remove shells from shrimp and skewer in a "horseshoe" fashion. Season or marinate as desired. Grill shrimp about 4" above medium-hot heat (425°F surface temperature is ideal). Cook 3 minutes per side until shrimp are firm and opaque or white in center. Do not overcook. Other options: Bread & fry, sauté, steam.
