Easy to peel, this colossal white shrimp from our H-E-B Fish Market is great for a shrimp boil or any kind of shrimp-based dish. Raw and ready to cook, there's about 13 - 15 shrimp in every pound. The shells can be reserved to make a robust shrimp stock if you like, or cook shrimp shell-on for an extra pow of flavor.

    Shrimp (Farm Raised White Shrimp, Water, Salt, Sodium Phosphate).

    Allergens and safety warnings

    Contains: SHRIMP. Keep refrigerated. Previously frozen.
  • Grill: Heat charcoal 25 minutes or gas grill for 10 minutes. Clean and oil grate well. Remove shells from shrimp and skewer in a "horseshoe" fashion. Marinate 10 minutes, baste with sauce, or brush with flavored oil. Grill 4" above Medium-Hot heat (425°F surface temperature is ideal. Cook 2 minutes per side until shrimp are firm and opaque or white in center. Do not overcook.

    Other options: Bread & fry, sauté or steam.
