Ingredients
Sea Salt, Spices, Garlic, Smoked Paprika, Yeast Extract, Onion, Basil, Chile Peppers, Oregano.- General: Use about ½ Tsp seasoning per 8 oz seafood.
Blackened Fish Fillet: Heat cast-iron skillet until hot. Melt 2 Tbsp butter per 8 oz fish. Dip fillets in butter & season both sides liberally. Cook on each side until desired blackened appearance and the centers of the fillets reach 145°F.
Shake before each use. Keep in a cool, dry place.
