Contains milk.,Caution! Hot steam!- Directions: For food safety and quality, follow the directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Stove Top (recommended): Squeeze bag gently to separate rice and veggies. Preheat 1 tbsp. olive oil or butter in a medium non-stick skillet on medium-high heat. Pour entire contents of bag into the skillet, cover. Cook for 7-8 minutes or until vegetables are thoroughly cooked, Stirring occasionally. Microwave: Place unopened bag, standing up, in center of microwave. Microwave on high 6 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Let stand 1 minute in microwave. Carefully remove bag. Caution: Bag will be hot; avoid steam when opening. Tear bag at notch.
