Description

Designed for poultry, these shears have a curved blade and generous handles that make it easier to cut through meat and bone. The handles have a nonslip grip for secure cutting, even when hands are wet or messy. One handle is looped to keep fingers in place and the other is a simple lever for comfortable cutting, even when there's a lot of work to be done. The blades are microserrated for easy cutting and tapered to get into small spaces. A notch in the blade is designed for cutting some of the larger bones. The spring action opens the scissors automatically after each cut, so poultry prep is less tiring. These shears should be washed by hand.
