SHG (Strictly High Grown) - Grown over 1,000 meters, our coffee beans mature at a slower pace. This environment produces the finest quality bean, distinguished by a desirable and valuable taste. Specialty Grade - Is the highest of all grades, with minimal defects in the beans. 100% Arabica - When grown at high altitudes in tropical climates, arabica coffee produces the best flavors.
