Description
This medium-bodied coffee from the Lake Atitlan region of Guatemala greets the palate with exquisite, sweet notes of vanilla, apple and citrus. The raw coffee comes to us from our partners at the CCDA (Comite Campesino del Altiplano) cooperative, who have cultivated renowned bourbon varietal coffees for more than two decades as part of a larger effort to promote agricultural opportunities and equity among workers in the Guatemalan highlands.
Highlights
- Never freeze or refrigerate. Use the correct ratio of coffee to water. Adjust coffee to water ratio based on your preferred brewing method. Grind right before brewing with a burr grinder. Use filtered water.
