  • Keep frozen. Preparation Instructions: Oven Bake: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). 2. Place hash brown patties in a single layer on a shallow baking pan. 3. Bake 23-28 minutes. For best product quality, do not overcook. 4. Season to taste. Pan Fry: 1. Preheat skillet to 375 degrees F [190 degrees C] (medium-high setting) with 3 to 6 tablespoons of cooking oil. 2. Add desired amount of frozen hash brown patties to skillet. 3. Cook 5 minutes. 4. Turn and continue cooking 5 minutes or to desired color and crispness. For best product quality, do not overcook. 5. Season to taste. Caution: Ice crystals will cause spattering when added to hot oil. Allow excessive crystals to melt prior to frying. Lot number and expiration date: on package. Keep frozen at 0 degrees F or below. Do not refreeze.
