  • You will need: 1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon water or milk. 8-to 12 –oz mug. Instructions: 1 Empty: Empty cookie mix into microwave-safe 8- to 12-oz mug (Photo on front was made in an 8-oz mug). 2 Add: Add 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon water or milk. Stir until cookie mix is well blended, about 30 seconds. 3 Microwave: Microwave uncovered on high as directed below or until surface is mostly dry. If necessary, microwave 10 seconds longer. Caution: hot! Use mug handle to remove from microwave. 4 Squeeze: Squeeze topping over cookie. (Do not microwave pouch.) Let stand 2 minutes to complete cooking. Microwave wattage (700): Time on high (1 min to 1 min 10 sec); Microwave wattage (1000): Time on high (55 sec to 1 min 5 sec); Microwave wattage (1200): Time on high (50 sec to 1 min). High altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change. Do not eat raw cookie batter. Betty's Tips: Serve topped with whipped cream or ice cream. Serve topped with your favorite candy bar, cut into small pieces.
