Never fry a frozen turkey, which can cause the hot oil to boil over, potentially leading to injury and fires. Make sure your turkey is completely thawed before frying.- 1. Thaw turkey 2. Remove neck and giblets 3. Marinate over night 4. Fill pot with oil 5. Attach thermometer and heat oil 6. Fry turkey approximately 3 minutes per pound 7. Remove turkey and let cool 8. Carve, serve, and enjoy!
