Contains wheat ingredients.- Pancake Recipe: You will Need: 1-2/3 cups mix; 1 cup milk; 1 egg. (1) Heat skillet over medium-high heat or griddle to 375 degrees F. (Surface is ready when drops of water jump around.) To measure mix, we recommend spooning into a dry measuring cup and leveling. (2) Stir Together: Mix, milk and egg with fork or wire whisk until smooth. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter onto hot greased skillet for each pancake. (3) Cook until bubbles break on surface and edges just begin to dry, about 1 minute 30 seconds. Turn; cook until golden brown, about 1 minute 30 seconds. 12 (3 1/2 - inch pancakes. High altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change. Waffles: You will Need: 1-2/3 cups mix. 1-1/3 cups milk. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 1 egg. (1) Heat waffle maker. (2) Stir together mix, milk, oil and egg with fork or wire whisk until smooth. Pour onto center of greased waffle maker. (3) Bake about 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Remove carefully. 7 (4-inch) waffles. High altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change. Please don't eat raw batter. Store in a cool, dry place.
