  • Cook thoroughly. Cook & Eat: From Frozen: Air Fryer: Preheat to 375 degrees F. Place in single layer and cook for 7-8 minutes, turning halfway through. Oven: Preheat to 425 degrees F. Bake for 13-15 minutes on non stick baking sheet in single layer, turning halfway through. Microwave: Place desired amount on a microwave safe dish. Microwave on high for 1:10-1:40 minutes. Let stand 2-3 minutes before serving. Appliance vary. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. On a Bun: Chik'n kickin' it between buns.
