Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Recommended Cooking Instructions: Thaw in the refrigerator before cooking and consume within 10 days. If cooking from frozen add an additional 2 to 3 minutes to the cook time. Season with salt & pepper to your liking. Skillet or Grill: Pre-heat non-stick pan or grill with a light amount of oil over medium to high heat and cook each side for 3 to 4 minutes. Air-fryer: Pre heat to 400 degrees and cook each side for 4 minutes. Oven: Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees and cook for 12 to 14 minutes. Toppings: Try adding caramelized onion, yogurt sauce & alfalfa sprouts. Keep frozen.
