Description
The AccuSharp Sharpening Steel realigns the blade's edge keeping all your household knives properly honed. The steel surface quickly returns the edge of a good blade in around 10 strokes. The rubber over-molded handle ensures a safe and secure grip, and the collar guard safely keeps hands out of the way.
- Instructions: Hold the sharpener as shown in the illustration below. Always hold the handle with the facing down. Place the hole of the blade on the rod closet to the handle. Hold blade of the manufacture’s suggested angle, and whole applying pressure, push the handle always from you towards the end of the rod Dream known so that the top of the blade comes of the end of the rod. Repeat the above instructions for the other side of the blade. If you are unsure at wheat angle to sharpen your blade. We suggest in 21 degree angle.
