Just because you're on a diet doesn't mean that you should completely stop snacking. As long as your making smart snacking choices, eating small portions throughout the day can keep you from overeating at meal times.
 
  • Make a game plan so you won't be tempted to make the wrong choices
  • Stock up on fruits and vegetables, especially easy-to-carry fruits that can be carried in your work bag
  • Fruits can be a great source of fiber and water
  • Nuts and nut butters provide protein to keep you fuller
  • Dairy snacks give your body sustained energy without too much sugar or salt
