Cheeses Sliced to Order
Your H-E-B Cheese Shop has hundreds of cheeses ranging from mild, domestic cheddar to aged, imported Gorgonzola. You can take it home cubed, shredded or in wedges from 4 ounces to a full pound, depending on your needs. Don't be afraid to ask for a taste! You can try any of the cheeses we offer.

Decorated Brie Our Decorated Brie is a delicious way to start or finish a meal. Simply place your brie in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes and serve warm.

• H-E-B Entertainer Crackers - These are not your traditional crackers. The Harvest Vegetable and Wheat Crisp varieties pair perfect with any cheese.
• H-E-B Fully Fit Pita Chips - These reduced-sodium crackers are available in five flavors, including Sea Salt, Cinnamon, Garlic, Multigrain and Parmesan
• H-E-B Flat Bread Crackers - These whole-grain crackers are available in Asiago Rosemary, Wheat and Everything varieties.
