We're here to keep Texans safe by offering home delivery for prescriptions. Ask your pharmacist if your address is eligible.

Schedule your delivery

If you prepaid for your prescriptions online or in the app:

Call your pharmacy to schedule delivery before 1:00pm. A $7.95 delivery fee will be added to your payment. Make sure someone 18 or older is home to accept the delivery.

If you're paying for your prescription over the phone:

After you get a notification that your prescription is ready, call your H E B Pharmacy to schedule your delivery by 1:00pm. Have your credit card ready. You'll be asked to pay for your prescription and the $7.95 delivery fee over the phone. Make sure someone 18 or older is home to accept the delivery.

Please keep in mind:

• Some insurance plans restrict coverage for home delivery, even when the same prescription is covered for in-store pick up.
• Some insurance plans will cover delivery fees.
• Delivery can only be scheduled after the prescription is ready.
• Prescriptions must be ready and scheduled for delivery by 2:00pm Mon-Fri. (Some locations offer delivery on Saturdays.)
