Card Eligibility: To keep this valuable program affordable and available to our Partners, it is imperative that ONLY you and your secondary qualified household member use your VPP savings. As a Partner, you are the primary VPP card holder – you can also receive an additional VPP card for one qualified household member which means someone who lives in your household like a spouse, domestic partner, significant other, or child.

Managing your Card: Remember, as the Partner, you are 100% responsible and accountable for anything you or your secondary cardholder may do with their card. Misuse or abuse of the VPP program may result in revocation of the privilege and/or disciplinary action -- up to and including termination of employment. Protect your perks!

Using the Card: The VPP program is for personal use only. The VPP Program is NOT available for commercial use – not even for H-E-B events and especially not for any businesses or side gigs run by you, your family, or your friends.

Other Card Details: Do not – under any circumstances – take a picture of the back of your VPP card to share the bar code with other people. Keep your card safe! Additionally, cashiers should not accept photos of VPP barcodes at the register.

Also, protect your log-in and your password. Your VPP card can only be linked to one My H-E-B.com account, and in today’s digital world, it’s important to protect that account. Please do not, under any circumstances, share your username and password with anyone outside of your one qualified household member.
