16 Oz H-E-B Spaghetti, uncooked
2 Tbsp H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup(s) sweet onion, chopped
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
1 Lb H-E-B 93% Lean Ground Beef
1/3 cup(s) sugar
1 Oz Old El Paso Low Salt Taco Seasoning Mix
28 Oz crushed tomatoes, undrained
8 Oz H-E-B Tomato Sauce
11 Oz green giant mexicorn, drained
4 Oz Goya Sliced Mushrooms, Drained
3 Oz H-E-B Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

Cook spaghetti to desired doneness as directed on package.

Drain and put spaghetti back into the pot it was cooked in.

Add one tbsp olive oil and toss to keep pasta from sticking. Cover to keep warm.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot.

Add onion and bell pepper; cook 3-4 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.

Remove from skillet.

Add ground beef to same skillet; cook until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently.

Drain excess fat and juices.

Add onion and bell pepper to ground beef; mix well.

Add sugar, taco seasoning mix, tomatoes, tomato sauce, corn, and mushrooms; mix well.

Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve over spaghetti and sprinkle with cheese.
