33 Oz Cookwell & Company Green Chili Stew
8 Oz Neufchâtel cream cheese, cubed
6 Mixla Tortillas, each cut into 8 wedges
2 cup(s) rotisserie chicken, cubed
2 cup(s) Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
6 slices Fully Cooked Bacon, chopped into small pieces
1 cup(s) Super Sweet Corn
2 cup(s) Organic Baby Spinach, chopped
1/2 cup(s) fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400ºF.

In a medium saucepan gently heat stew mix and cream cheese until melted together.

Lightly grease a 9” x 13” casserole pan, and spoon a little of the sauce into the bottom.

Layer tortilla slices, green chili sauce, cooked chicken, shredded cheese, bacon, corn, spinach and green onions in several layers, ending with shredded cheese.

Cover pan with foil and bake 20 to 25 minutes until lightly browned on top and warmed throughout.

Take off foil and heat another 5 minutes.

Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
