32 Oz Cookwell and Company Tortilla Soup
2 cup(s) Central Market Organics Chicken Broth
12 Oz mild pico de gallo
8 Oz Neufchâtel Cream Cheese, cubed
26 Oz H-E-B Fully Cooked Chicken Breast Fajitas, frozen
1 cup(s) cilantro, chopped
1 cup(s) avocado, sliced
1 cup(s) tortilla chips, crushed

Instructions

Pour soup, broth and pico de gallo into a 6-quart pot. Bring mixture to a boil over medium-high heat. Add cream cheese.

Reduce heat to medium. Stir soup frequently while cheese is melting. Reduce heat, if necessary, to keep soup at a low simmer.

Roughly chop chicken fajitas into bite-sized pieces and add to soup. Add cilantro and simmer for 10 minutes just to heat chicken through.

Serve soup garnished with avocado cubes and tortilla chips.
